Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and FC “Ruh” helped the Ukrainian artillerymen again

Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and his football club “Ruh” once again came to the aid of the soldiers of the 45th separate artillery brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Accumulators and chargers, tires for cars and buses – this is the help Ukrainian defenders received. And also – lubricants and auto parts for cars and trucks.

Junior lieutenant of the 45th separate artillery brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Markiyan Lopachak, noted: “Thank you to Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, the management of the Ruh football club and all the guys who are involved in this. Our cooperation has been going on for a long time. She is very helpful to the boys who are currently in the east. Because we receive all these things as quickly as possible, and this significantly increases the combat capacity of our soldiers. And this time, what you transmit today will arrive in the east tomorrow.”

He added that most of these are spare parts for cars because they break extremely quickly – bad roads and shelling cause rubber to deteriorate, and tires get punctured. Because of this, constant repairs are needed. The lives of our soldiers depend on how well the cars drive and how well they are in good condition, and this increases the combat effectiveness of our units.

In turn, the general director of the Lviv FC “Ruh” Ihor Dedyshyn especially emphasised: “With the next batch of aid to our military, we confirm that we do not stop and do not get tired. We understand that it is essential now. They say that good things love silence, but we make our help public because we believe that it will be a certain signal both for society and for the Armed Forces of Ukraine so that everyone is convinced that we have a serious rear, which keeps its finger on the pulse, always is nearby, at arm’s length and ready to help everyone on their front. This signals to entrepreneurs, philanthropists and ordinary people that everyone should participate and help our military bring our Victory closer.”

By the way, Ukrainian gunners will soon receive Poseidon drones from the Ruh football club.

Markiyan Lopachak added: “Now the boys are completing their studies. I think that shortly these wings will be transferred directly to work. In addition to the Poseidons, also thanks to the Ruh football club, we received other unmanned aerial vehicles, and another group of military personnel is currently training on them.”

According to him, drones for artillery are eyes. “How good are these eyes? How well can we see the enemy? How precisely can we work on him? Accordingly, there will be a better result. This is a significant help. I think that soon we can demonstrate the quality of this work,” said M. Lopachak.

In response, the Ukrainian defenders-artillerists handed over the battle flag of their brigade to the “Ruh” football club for numerous help and support.

“This flag will hang in the most prominent place. We are very proud of him. The battle flag will become one of the symbols of the club. It will occupy the most honourable place at our base so that every day every child who works at the “Ruh” academy, every football player, every employee of the club, every guest – everyone sees it and understands what time we live in and why is this flag here,” I. Dedyshyn said.
