Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and the “Ruh” football club transferred 200,000 hryvnias to the “People’s Bayraktar” project of Ukrainian football player Roman Zozulya.
Recently, the former forward of the national team of Ukraine, “Dnipro”, “Dynamo” and a number of Spanish clubs, Roman Zozulya, announced a fundraiser for “Bayraktar”, FC “Ruh” reports.
Roman Zozulya, a Ukrainian football player, a volunteer, and the founder of the “People’s Army” fund: “10 years ago I dreamt of earning 5 million euros to buy a house, an apartment, a car, to travel the world and not deny myself of anything. But back then I just didn’t know what the war was. Now I dream of raising 5 million euros to buy a single bird that will destroy the evil that has invaded our land and deprived millions of Ukrainians of their dreams”.
Thus, Roman became the initiator of the “People’s Bayraktar” campaign. It takes place with the active support of the Ukrainian diaspora in Spain and the Embassy of Ukraine in Spain.
Now the “Ruh” football club also took part in it.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, the president of “Ruh”: “We joined Roman Zozulya’s campaign. I have known him personally for many years. Despite the fact that he plays in Spain, he has been an active volunteer since 2014, helping the Ukrainian army. We have always been in touch and cooperated in these matters”.
Vasyl Kravets, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Roman Yaremchuk, Andriy Yarmolenko and Yevhen Konoplyanka were also the first football players to declare their support for Zozulya’s initiative.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, the president of “Ruh”: “We transferred 200 thousand hryvnias. I invite other presidents of Ukrainian football clubs and fans to this action. This is a great initiative. Remember that if there is one more Bayraktar, then there will be fewer Moscow pigs. Join in, don’t be indifferent, the war goes on. Until we expel the last orc from Ukraine, we must help each other. Be with Roman Zozulya, join his foundation”.
