Today, on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, we want to talk about good deeds and those who help our soldiers during the war and upon returning home.
Ukrainian soldiers often receive severe injuries, after which the rehabilitation can take even several years. A soldier of the Azov regiment, Krzysztof Mushak, was wounded in the leg, as a result of that his nerves were damaged. Doctors predict the recovery to be from one to three years.
Now the Ukrainian soldier, who visited the training of the Ruh football club, is undergoing treatment at Zolochiv. For now, his wound is healing, after which the rehabilitation process will take place.
We will take Krzysztof into our care. He will undergo the rehabilitation that we apply to professional football players. Our doctors will share their experience. We have enough equipment, so everything will be fine.
“I think that in a year we will even play football here,” assures Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.
Doctors of the Ukrainian Sports Clinic have already examined Krzysztof Mushak and will develop an individual treatment program for him.
“We provide high-quality and highly qualified medical care not only to athletes but to anyone who needs it,” the doctor notes.
This is a long-term program and it will take several courses of treatment during which we can significantly restore the functioning of the leg. For Krzysztof’s treatment, a separate examination and research will be conducted, and an individual rehabilitation program will be developed.
An individual rehabilitation program includes many physical exercises and procedures during the day, for about six hours, says Kasatka.
The doctor and the director of the Ruh football club are confident that the treatment will be quick and effective.
All because Krzysztof is still young and the rehabilitation program, developed over the years, will give the desired results.
