Lviv businessman and philanthropist Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, together with the Emily Resort vacation complex, has once again provided aid to Ukrainian defenders by supporting the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade named after General Myron Tarnavskyi. The servicemen received a modernized Shark unmanned aerial vehicle designed for reconnaissance operations.
The cost of modernizing the drone’s communication system amounted to 320,000 hryvnias, which significantly improved its combat performance and resistance to enemy jamming.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy emphasized the importance of consistently supplying the front lines with modern technology: “Every drone operating on the front lines serves as an extra set of eyes for our troops and helps save the lives of Ukrainian defenders. We are grateful to our soldiers for their service and will continue to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine until our victory.”
The reconnaissance unit of the 45th Artillery Brigade highly praised the assistance provided, emphasizing that the upgrade to the Shark UAV’s communication system has significantly enhanced their combat capabilities. According to military officials, thanks to financial support from Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and Emily Resort, the drone now has reliable protection against jamming, allowing it to conduct effective reconnaissance at greater ranges and to detect and destroy enemy targets deep behind enemy lines. The soldiers emphasized that every such contribution directly saves the lives of personnel and brings us closer to a shared victory.
In addition, at the beginning of the year, the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade received four pickup trucks, which have already been sent directly to the front lines. Yuriy Halas, a servicemember of the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade, emphasized that only the joint efforts of the home front and the army will make it possible to defeat the enemy, as the support of the Ukrainian people is the foundation of the country’s defense capability.
For his significant contribution to the country’s defense capabilities, Hryhorii Kozlovskyi received the “For Support” commemorative award from the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade named after General Myron Tarnavskyi. The award was presented in person by Brigade Commander Oleg Faydyuk. This award adds to the list of honors received by the founder of the Academy and FC “Ruh,” which already includes the “Badge of Honor” from the Ministry of Defense and an award from Valeriy Zaluzhny.
From the very first days of the full-scale invasion, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, FC “Ruh,” the club’s academy, and Emily Resort have been systematically supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Vehicles, drones, Starlink equipment, generators, and other specialized equipment are constantly being sent to support the front lines. The total amount of Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy’s contributions to aid the army has already exceeded 100 million hryvnias.
In addition to direct support for the front lines, significant attention is devoted to rehabilitation and medical treatment. The “Above All” initiative, established to provide medical care and rehabilitation for wounded military personnel and civilians, is operating on the grounds of Emily Resort. Charitable donors also systematically fund prosthetics for Ukrainian soldiers: 2 million hryvnias were allocated to the Superhumans Center, and another 2 million hryvnias were donated to the Unbroken Center.
