Ukrainian troops, who are holding back Russian aggression every day, continue to receive support from socially responsible businesses. The latest aid for the defenders was delivered by Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, founder of the “Ruh” soccer club, and Emily Resort. This time, servicemen of the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade received ten state-of-the-art anti-drone guns and the necessary technical equipment, which will be deployed on the front lines in the near future.

Life-Saving Assistance

Today, Russian drones remain one of the biggest challenges on the front lines. FPV drones, reconnaissance systems, and attack UAVs have become an integral part of modern warfare, so effective countermeasures directly impact the safety of Ukrainian troops.

According to Andriy, a soldier in the 45th Airborne Brigade, the anti-drone rifles they received are of extreme practical importance.

“Our unit has received semi-automatic rifles, which the military needs to carry out missions in the eastern part of the country. They play a major role in protecting our personnel. First and foremost, they are used to combat enemy drones, especially when electronic warfare systems cannot fully neutralize the threat. Fiber-optic drones are becoming increasingly common, so these rifles are particularly effective at taking them down,” the soldier noted.

He also emphasized that Ukrainian units are in constant need of FPV drones, armored vehicles, electronic warfare equipment, and other modern gear.

Ongoing dialogue with the front lines

Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy has been systematically supporting the Ukrainian military since the first months of the full-scale war. The delivery of modern equipment to the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade marked the latest stage in this effort.

Roman Gnidets, the CFO of FC “Ruh,” emphasized that the aid is being organized in accordance with the actual needs of the military.

“We listen to our military personnel and strive to respond to their requests and provide them with everything they need. Only through joint efforts can we defeat the enemy. That is precisely why responsible Ukrainian businesses must support the army. We are in constant contact with the military, we know their needs, and together with our partners, we provide the necessary assistance. This work has been going on for four years now and will not stop,” he emphasized.

Support for the military—a consistent stance

For Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, supporting the Ukrainian army has long been a regular part of his activities. Previously, with his support and the participation of Emily Resort, vehicles, quadcopters, communications equipment, air defense equipment, generators, gear, and other equipment had already been provided to military units of various branches.

Among the units that regularly receive assistance is the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade. Military personnel have repeatedly emphasized that it is precisely the timely provision of modern equipment that allows them to respond more quickly to changes in the situation on the front lines and save the lives of their personnel.

In modern warfare, even a single piece of effective equipment can be decisive during the execution of a combat mission. That is why such transfers are not only of material importance but also of strategic significance.

Business and Society, Together with the Military

Supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine has now become a matter for society as a whole. Charitable initiatives by Ukrainian businesses demonstrate that the home front and the front lines are working as a single team.

Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy has repeatedly emphasized that support for the military must be ongoing, as the needs of our defenders are constantly changing. That is why Emily Resort, the Ruh Football Club, and their partners continue to carry out humanitarian and military initiatives aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities.
