A new stage: Ivan Fedyk is the head coach of Ruh
On June 23, Ruh football club officially began preparations for the 2025/26 season. After the summer vacation, the players returned to the club base, where a new coaching staff led by Ivan Fedyk was waiting for them. The head coach and his team were introduced by the club’s founder, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy: “We are starting a new chapter in the club’s history. I believe that Ivan Fedyk will be able to take Ruh to an even higher level. He knows our values, our philosophy and is ready to realize big goals.”
The first training session at the base
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy noted that immediately after the new staff was introduced, the Yellow and Blacks held their first training session:
- The first step was activation in the gym,
- The second stage is to go out on the field and implement the new manager’s instructions.
The atmosphere at the base was focused but optimistic – the team is determined to perform well in the new season.
The first sparring session is this week
On Saturday, June 28, Ruh will play its first control match under Ivan Fedyk’s leadership. The opponent will be the Agribusiness team. This match will be an important test for the new coaching philosophy.
“Ruh is entering the new season with ambitions, a renewed coaching staff and a clear development strategy – both on and off the field,“ said Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.
Strategic partnership with Onur Group
In early June, Ruh signed a new two-year agreement with its general partner, Onur Group Ukraine. This cooperation has already become the key to the club’s stable development.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy: “This partnership shows that our club has reached a new, high level. Onur Group is a serious international company that carefully selects its partners, so we are honored to have been chosen.”
Focus on the future: Academy as a priority
In his recent report, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy focused on the development of the Ruh Academy. It is already among the best in Ukraine and Europe. The club president also presented the project of the new Academy, which will become the flagship of the club’s infrastructure in the coming years. Significant investments are expected in sports infrastructure, training and education of young talents.
