Hryhorii Kozlovskyi: FC Ruh has become the youngest team in the world

The CIES Football Observatory calculated the number of minutes played by U-21 players in 61 leagues around the world, including the top 31 leagues in Europe.

The ranking was topped by Lviv-based FC Ruh, founded by Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, with a score of 52.4%. Slovakia’s Zilina took second place with 44.5, and the Austrian Red Bull from Salzburg was third with 42.7.

Ruh’s U-23 players spent 65.5% of their playing time on the field. U-22 players played 55.4% of the playing time in the UPL, U-20 players – 17.5%, and U-19 juniors – 0.4%.

The rating was compiled taking into account the average age of players under 21, so the Yellow and Blacks took first place.

FC Ruh was ranked first in the ranking of the youngest teams in more than 60 leagues

Among the Ukrainian teams, FC Vorskla (36th) and FC Dynamo Kyiv (100th) were ranked.

The honorary president of Lviv’s FC Ruh, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, invests all his efforts and resources in the FC Ruh Football Academy he created.

“Our students are our future! And it is at moments like this that you realize that we are moving in the right direction! I sincerely congratulate and thank the coaching staff and players of Ruh! We need strong football players, decent people whom Ukrainians will be proud of. I am very pleased that the Ruh Football Academy is educating future stars who will become the pride of this country,” summarized Hryhoriy Kozlovsky.

Earlier, the pupils of the Ruh U-13 football academy won the international Number One Cup tournament held in Wroclaw, Poland. This tournament can be equated to the UEFA Children’s Champions League in terms of its importance.

Hryhoriy Kozlovsky noted that Ruh football club will continue to do everything to progress towards the highest goals.
