Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy presented new ambitious plans for the development of FC Ruh and spoke about the unique complex of the Ruh Academy, which already impresses with its scale, architecture and level of conditions for children.
This is not just a football school, but a full-fledged sports and educational space that operates 24/7 for 250 students from all over Ukraine: from Lviv and Lutsk to Kherson, Mariupol and Mykolaiv, including displaced children.
Every day, more than 200 people work on the life of the Academy: coaches, educators, teachers, chefs, doctors, drivers, and analysts. Everyone is part of the great mission that Kozlovskyy ignited.
“A Dream Became a Reality”: Kozlovskyy’s Philosophy
“I live for this project,” says Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, who attends training every day, knows each child by name and story, and admits that there is no better mission than working for children.

His new plan is to complete the construction of the next phase of the Academy: a transitional complex with innovative sports infrastructure, additional fields, classrooms and facilities that will meet the best European standards.
Digital revolution: football in measurable data
The Ruh Academy is one of the few in Eastern Europe that has fully digitalized the training process:
- daily digital monitoring of the player’s health;
- a personalized application with individual goals;
- video analytics of each training session;
- training methods adapted to age, position, and physiology;
- training videos with the actions of the world’s top players.
There is no room for subjectivity – everything is measured by numbers: speed, workload, technical actions, progress.
A day at the best football academy in Ukraine
The day at Rus begins at 6:30 am. The children go to breakfast, the pool, the field, or school – a clear schedule and discipline are the basis of the project’s philosophy.
Along with all this, there are kitchens, gyms, medical offices, classrooms for theoretical classes, error analysis, and video analysis.
Food at the level of top clubs: Academy’s own farm
One of the unique elements of the Academy is its own farm. Milk, meat, and other products are natural and are subject to dietary control by doctors.
They cook for more than 300 children and employees:
- three full meals a day,
- snacks for training and school,
- Swedish lines with dumplings, fish, meat, kebabs, salads, desserts.
Former Ukrainian national team player Mykola Morozyuk, who spent a week at the Academy, was impressed: “In my childhood, such a menu was a dream. And here it’s like a Michelin restaurant.”
Training that shapes future collections
In the evening, life is only gaining momentum: individual lessons, theory, training under the spotlight.
The coaches, the Academy’s management and Kozlovskyy himself are on the field.
Volodymyr Bezubiak and Yuriy Pankiv are building a system that is already yielding results:
Ruh Academy is among the leaders of Ukraine, ahead of many top clubs.

The 16-year-old Ruh players are the current champions of Ukraine, and their coaches include those who trained Sich, Sikan, and many national teams.
A story that changes Ukrainian football
The Ruh Academy is not just an infrastructure or a sports facility.
This is a Ukrainian football breakthrough made possible by the idea, faith and perseverance of Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.

This is a place where children from all over the country get a chance to dream and turn their dreams into reality step by step. A clear proof of this is the victory of the children Hryhorii Kozlovskyy’s Ruh U-16 in the prestigious Al Ahly International Cup tournament.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy said that the triumph in Cairo is proof that we are building the best Academy.
