2 million hryvnias in a month: Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and Emily Resort stunned with the amount of aid for the Armed Forces
War is a challenge not only for those in the trenches, but also for those holding the rear. The founder of the Ruh football club, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, together with the Emily Resort team and Norwegian partners from Fritt Ukraina, have once again proved that supporting the Armed Forces is not a one-time event, but a daily, systematic work until victory.
A steel fist for the 45th Brigade: 4 pickup trucks sent to the front line
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, together with his team and under the coordination of the People’s Self-Defense of Lviv Region, replenished the fleet of the 45th separate artillery brigade with four new pickup trucks. For artillerymen, mobility is life. It is an opportunity to quickly get to a position, work on the enemy and instantly change location.
Since the beginning of January, UAH 2 million has already been allocated to this initiative.
Yuriy Halyna, a fighter with the 45th Air Assault Brigade, does not hide his emotions: “These pickup trucks will help us perform combat missions where every meter of land is hard to come by. If people stop supporting the army, we will not be able to stand. Only together we are strong.”

Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and FC Ruh continue to coordinate their efforts with military units, responding promptly to requests from the front and providing the defenders with the necessary modern equipment. For the founder of the Yellow and Blacks, this is a matter of honor.
“We have no right to be tired while the war is on. Supporting our soldiers is the duty of everyone in the rear. Only by providing the frontline with everything it needs can we bring the day of our common victory closer step by step,” said Kozlovskyy.
The philanthropist often repeats that the football community cannot stand aside: “We don’t just play football, we live in a country that needs to be protected. Our task is to be a reliable rear guard, so that every soldier feels that he is cared for, waited for, and helped with everything we can get.”
Recognition for dedication: an honorary award from artillerymen
A symbolic moment was when Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy was presented with a commemorative award “For Assistance” from the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade named after General Myron Tarnavsky. The brigade commander, Oleh Faidyuk, personally thanked the benefactor for the fact that the aid comes not according to the schedule, but according to the real need at the front.
This award was on a par with the “Badge of Honor” from the Ministry of Defense and the award from Valeriy Zaluzhny. However, the main reward for Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and his “yellow and black” family is the lives saved and the de-occupied Ukrainian territories. The path was chosen correctly – only forward, to victory.
